My name is Angela Templeton.

I grew up in the New Forest and spent my childhood outdoors in nature, in awe of the natural world.  I developed an interest in natural health and well-being with a knowing that everything we need is within ourselves and our natural environment, so by restoring the natural flow things begin to work with ease.  

Sacred Tree was inspired by my passion to help others create a more natural way of living with healthy roots to grow from.

I have been practicing Reflexology and Reiki for nearly 20 years and I now work from my dedicated home treatment room  in Great Gonerby, Grantham.
